Policies

1. A contract is required before beginning any project, no matter how small. Please read and sign the contract before sending money.
2. Projects with a value over $100 require a retainer payment prior to beginning.
3. I must have only one point of contact at your business. All changes and approvals must come from that person.
4. You must own the copyright or have permission to use all content (like text and photos) provided to me. All content must be provided directly by you, unless it clearly marked as being free to use or we are licensing/commissioning it.
5. Communication should take place by email. This will spare us both the “Who said what now?” conversation.
6. I will get your approval for each step of the process. This means you must get back to me quickly if you want your project finished fast.
7. Jasia Media is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST. Any work needed outside of these hours will be subject to additional charges.
8. Final payment on a project is always due prior to the handover or upload of files. If you are in a hurry, please make arrangements to pay prior to completion of the project.
